Limitations

You may not use a Gift Card to purchase other Gift Cards. Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without proof of purchase. Gift cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly.

Gift Cards will not be mailed. All purchased gift cards must be picked up at BJ’s Guest Services Counter. ID is required to pick up Gift Cards.

Payment Methods

Gift Cards may be paid for with a valid VISA or MasterCard. American Express is not accepted.

Gift Card may be used in the BINGO department Only.

Gift Cards may be used in the BINGO department only to purchase bingo cards. Gift cards may not be used to play slots.

Refund Policy

All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days of the gift card purchased, provided the gift card has not been picked up from Guest Services. No refunds will occur after the gift card has been picked up.

If we make material changes to this Policy about how we process your personal information, we will post those changes on this page and revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of the page.
